I worked closely with parents to implement discipline strategies consistent with home values and encouraged good manners by modeling respectful interactions. My responsibilities included performing light housekeeping duties related to the children’s needs, managing bedtime routines to ensure a peaceful end to the day, and transporting children to school, playgroups, and other activities as required. I provided a safe and nurturing environment, assisting children with homework and school assignments, reinforcing concepts taught at school, and offering guidance to build their confidence and learning skills.

I completed essential administrative tasks, including maintaining attendance records and incident reports with accuracy and attention to detail. I fostered a safe and stimulating environment by observing children’s behavior and organizing age-appropriate activities. To ensure a harmonious setting, I implemented creative strategies for managing conflicts among children. I also maintained accurate records of each child’s daily activities, health updates, and behavioral concerns. In addition, I handled emergency situations calmly and efficiently, taking appropriate action when needed. Through play-based learning, I promoted cognitive development in young learners while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the play area to reduce the risk of infection. I also managed nap times effectively to ensure each child received adequate rest.
