Interview Candidates
Contact your shortlisted candidates to set up an interview. Make sure you are both on the same page about work hours, job duties, salary and other important aspects of the job. See our interview guide for more info
Hire and Sponsor Candidate
When you have found the perfect candidate, it’s time to arrange the paperwork. You can sponsor their visa yourself, or though an agency. If you get a visa through maids.cc, mention that you found your candidate through Find A Helper and they will give you a discount on the visa price.
In most cases you are legally required to sponsor a visa, so make sure to do your due diligence in case you chose not to sponsor the nanny yourself.
