These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and the services provided by Find A Helper FZCO (“FAH”). By accessing the website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, forming a legal agreement between FAH and yourself. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. **Service Description**
FAH operates an online platform that connects individuals and families with various service providers for services such as childcare and housekeeping (“Services”). The platform facilitates the matching of service seekers with service providers based on preferences and needs. FAH does not charge fees based on employment decisions and is not involved in the relationship between service seekers and providers.

2. **User Accounts and Passwords**
To access certain features, users must create a profile (“User Account”). You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account. FAH may refuse, cancel, or suspend an account if misuse is suspected. You agree to promptly notify FAH of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. **Eligibility Criteria**
To use FAH services, you must be at least twenty one (21) years old. Service providers must be legally permitted to work in their jurisdiction, and users must have a clean legal record. FAH reserves the right to verify eligibility.

4. **User Account Fees, Term, and Renewal**
Service providers can use the platform for free, while service seekers are charged. Refunds for service seekers who couldn’t find a match within one month of account expiration are available under certain conditions. Get in touch on post@find-a-helper.com to process a refund. 

5. **Restrictions on Use of Site**
Commercial use without FAH’s written authorization is prohibited. Users must not misuse the website for advertising revenue or engage in unauthorized commercial activities.

6. **Personal Information and Use of Services**
Your use of the website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Users agree to provide accurate information and use the services in accordance with applicable laws. Misconduct or misuse can be reported to FAH.

7. **Use License**
FAH grants users a limited, non-exclusive license to access the website and use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. **Intellectual Property**
All intellectual property rights on the website belong to FAH. Users must not use or misuse trademarks or brand elements without express written consent.

9. **Use Restrictions**
Users agree to use the website and services lawfully and in accordance with applicable laws. Reporting misconduct or unlawful activities is encouraged.

10. **Termination of Registration**
FAH may terminate accounts if users are ineligible, violate terms, or misuse the website. Users are responsible for their conduct on the platform.

11. **Limitation of Liability**
Users acknowledge that using the website and services is at their own risk. FAH is not liable for any losses or damages suffered in connection with the use of the website or services. Nor is FAH responsible for any activities or actions conducted by the Service Provider at any point in the relationship between Service seekers and Service providers. All Service Seekers are responsible for doing background checks and verify accuracy of claimed recommendations. Information on FAH website is based on Service Provider’s input, which is assumed to be correct. Hence make sure you confirm candidate details ahead of a hire.

12. **Indemnification**
Users agree to indemnify and hold FAH harmless from any claim or damage arising from their use of services.

13. **Miscellaneous**
These terms are in English, non-assignable, and subject to modification without notice. FAH disclaims the accuracy of materials on the website. Links to external websites are provided for convenience at the user’s risk. FAH are cooperating with an external visa partner, any matter related to visa or paperwork around hiring your helper is between you and your chosen PRO, not involving FAH in any way.  Service Providers agree to have their profiles marketed in various channels by FAH, for example on social media.
